Exterior cladding conditions:

1. mortar,pointing efflorescence, this is soluble salts that crystillize
as water evaporates. Common on new construction, on older homes this may be an indicator 
of a chronic moisture problem. Do not waterproof any brick sufaces as this will create a 
non breathing moisture surface. 

2.Spalling masonry and concrete- seek professional repair-$100-350.00

MAIN SLOPE: 	1.old, damage and/or patched - water damage in roof/or ceiling may occur
		2.cracked, curled and/or missing - repair/replace immedietly
		3. rot and/or nail heads - replace rot areas, set nails and apply roof tar.
		4.old - get three estimates for replacement of roof covering
		5.damage/patched and/or cracked - monitor twice a year.
		6.curled/missing - budget for new roof in near future.
